KENSINGTON APARTMENT

We are currently undertaking the full renovation of a London apartment for international clients, reimagining the space with bespoke joinery, layered textures and a carefully curated design narrative. Once complete, the apartment will balance architectural clarity with warmth and character, offering our clients a sophisticated sanctuary in the heart of the city.

WINDERMERE LAKE HOUSE

A whole scheme design of a prime 10,000 square foot home occupying a lake front position on Windermere. Maximising commanding lake views and designed with a luxury timeless interior aesthetic.

CHELSEA DUPLEX

We are in the process of transforming two neighbouring Chelsea apartments into one elegant duplex, creating a seamless flow between levels with bespoke architectural details and refined interiors. This project will celebrate space, light and proportion, offering our clients a timeless London home designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

RICHMOND FAMILY HOME

A strong architectural refurbishment of a 4,500 square foot family home in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames with a contemporary interior that enhances the vernacular of the space and enhances the way our client and their young family live.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE

We will be transforming a private residence just outside of London into a refined out-of-city home for a professional client. This full renovation will create a retreat that balances sophistication with comfort, offering a calm counterpoint to city life while remaining perfectly tailored for both daily living and entertaining.

This new-build farmhouse will combine timeless rural charm with contemporary comfort. Surrounded by rolling gardens and picturesque countryside, it will become a serene sanctuary in the heart of Yorkshire.
